it's my first year getting myself involved in halloween celebration. didn't really celebrate because dun have the mood. have to rush back home to study for UT. sad sad. i spent my first part of halloween at sharmala's house. she invited me and carmen over for a deepavali home visit.

after which i went over to clarke quay to meet vanessa and phyllis for halloween "party". they were both dressed in costume because they went to yixin's church party before that. just by walking along the whole street, you will be able to see almost everyone is dressed in costumes. this is so cool!

in school again today! fei hua right? actually have to attend school every single day except for friday and the day if i pon.

lesson was difficult at the beginning but after lucien explained to us. it was so so easy. for wednesday lesson, we have to understand the whole ppt, because we will be presenting in a clockwise directions. this means that you will not know which slides you are going to present during the 3rd meeting. after lucien explained the whole problem for us, i am not worried about the presentation anymore. now i have much more confidence for my upcoming UT. at least i do not have to worry about not understanding the problem and study everything all over again.

although it's 4.37pm now, i am still in school. as usual, i am waiting for go-home clique to leave together.

It was my first lesson of cell molecular biology although it's the second week of lesson. This happens because i pon school last week. Faci was really nice and soft. Maybe because she is pregnant? Today lesson was easy and interesting too!

YES! this is what I learnt about today! Why cytosine is always bonded to guanine, vice versa? What makes up DNA? Why is the structure this way? I am so looking forward to next week lesson. Faci said that next week lesson will also be about DNA and chromosomes.

Faci ended the lesson super early today! It's not that we did not asked questions. Yet it's the other way round, we asked super many questions today. Everyone is like super entu today. Keep bombing questions like nobody business. I ended lesson at 3pm just now. Now is 4.37pm and I am still in school. I am waiting for them to end lesson and walk back together. This is what we always do everyday without fail.

must be thinking why do we meet at lakeside right? actually we went there to look for xiaoli. she is working at that area. after looking for her, we went to jurong point for dinner. we had our dinner at fish & co.

- walked around the streets while the other group went back to the hotel first

i am aware that i have not been blogging for a very long time. I have been quite busy with stuff lately. UT, UT & UTs! However, all this is over!! HOLIDAY is finally here now. was suppose to be working this holiday, but the person in charge did not call me. so ya.. not going to work this holiday! i am going to enjoy myself fully & complete my PP asap.

today is the last day of the UT and the start of holiday! just completed my biochemistry UT. it was great! hope i will get a good grade. straight after UT, i went out with ladies. first we went to novena square to search for the BOF shop, next we went to have our late lunch aka early dinner. Out of a sudden, don't know who suggested to go to singapore flyer, so yes, we went! really enjoyed ourselves at the flyer.

after the flyer, all of us went seperate ways as it was late already, leaving me and socks. therefore we went to orchard ion as socks has not been there before. we saw socks's secondary teacher at 1 of the bread shop and he drove us home! thanks so much! ^^

i am looking forward to our overseas trip!

it is george's birthday! the class wanted to give him a surprise, however, he is not present in school. confirm went dating with yuki! hahaha! so no choice, they gave him a call and asked him to come back to class. and he really came back with yuki! sweet couple!

faci is always lucky to teach our class on monday. last monday it was jonger's birthday, this week it is george's birthday. both weeks he was given cake to eat. w54E is a nice class right? however we played a prank on the faci. we pretend that it was his birthday too! when he came in to the class, we sang a birthday song for him. we even asked him to make his wish and cut his cake. naughty W54E!

met up with tian long, ah peng and his frens at marina square straight after school. nothing much, just that we have not met up for a very long time. went to play pool and bowling! my buttock hurts after playing bowling.. ouch!!

xiao xiao wanted to take neoprint. therefore we walk all the way from marina square to suntec city just to look for the neoprint machine. however, when we reached there, the machines were closed. so no choice we went to play daytona instead. had great fun!

received a msg from gary saying that he does not have any training. therefore we decided to meet up. it had been a long time since RPA met up after school. everyone have their own activites, their own IG, all so busy.

in the end, i was only able to jio gary, nic and vanessa. we went to TRCC for our dinner. however after awhile, vanessa left first because she had something on. the rest of us just stayed in TRCC to study. guai right. hehehe =D YES! there will be an RPA outing next sunday! LOOKING FORWARD!

cycling session with vanessa at ECP. i thought it will rain because yst rain super heavily, but it didn't. lucky!~ if not have to rot at home already. saw a celebrity with his family, not a very famous celebrity =X after cycling, we didn't know where to go next. very randomly, we went to airport. yes, it's changi airport! we took the sky train from terminal 2 to terminal 3. in the sky train, we met this young boy. he is damn cuteee! when he saw me taking photo of vanessa, he joined in too.

headed over to crystal jade for dinner. we were the last customers for the day. they supposed to close at 10pm, however we ate till 10.30pm then we leave. which means that we made them closed late! we had xiaolongbao for dinner too! that was my first time eating crystal jade xiaolongbao! *yummy*

LOL ! it's our first trip to orchard central. the shopping centre is super big. there is also a place for us to hold party and stuff there. furthermore, there is a indoor rock climbing. cool right? it reminds me of genting first world hotel. hahahaha! after orchard central, we went to vivo city for sushi tei =D i would want to say that .. the world is seriously very small. saw 2 of baby's secondary school fren there. 1 of them just came to singapore to look for job. furthermore, baby had lost contact with them for many years already. fated right?? hahaahas!

monday blues.. gon gon throughout the whole lesson today. wasn't concentrating on the lesson at all. my brain was not functioning at all too. lucky i "woke" up during the 3rd meeting, and was able to present the calculations well =)

went amk hub for dessert with vanessa and socks. the picture below looks yummy right? this is what we ate today. it's soya bean curd. the special thing was that it was placed inside a wooden bamboo-like tub.

do you think vanessa who live at holland v would travel all the way to amk just to eat bean curd? nope, of course not! her motive was to go prawning. HAHAHA! so the both of us met up with tian long at bishan prawning farm. we happened to see vanessa's senior there too. we managed to fish quite a lot during the first hour. but after that the rate of prawns coming in was getting lesser and lesser. vanessa suspected that the prawns were asleep already. ahahaha! we bought 3 hours of prawning time each. however we did not complete the time. we still have half and hour left. the balance time can be used on some other days. therefore, we will go back soon. oh ya, the aunty gave us half a net of prawn for free. hahaha

Pulau Tekong Trip

pulau tekong trip was awesome! there were a total of 3 polys who attended this trip. they are rp(green), np(blue) and nyp(yellow). 200 RP students went for this trip. me, phyllis and nic were in the first bus. and vanessa was in the last bus. all the students in bus1 boarded the wrong bus, therefore we went back to school and waited for our bus to come. this made us to be in a different team as the rest of the RP students. we were in the blue team with the np students.

alright alright, shall not blog much about tekong trip because i'm not sure which are right or which are wrong to say. =X

after tekong trip, our bus uncle alighted us at singapore expo. from there, we met up with vanessa and we went shopping in the john little sales. didn't bought anything from the sale =( next, we went to bedok 85. we were supposed to go there fore dinner, but dun know why all the stalls in the coffee shop was closed. maybe it's spring cleaning? hmmm.. so no choice, we went bedok interchange for dinner. there are so many things to eat there. we headed home after a very full dinner.

we will be meeting up again tml for toy museum trip =))

gary took part in this year's momentum. he will be dancing salsa. since shu shu is performing, of course I must go and support right? so me, together with phyllis, shi ping and nic went to support him. the whole performance is really worth watching. not only rp ig took part in the show. other schools such as st. andrew jc, bowen secondary, deyi secondary and etc also took part. there were a total of 17 performances. even phyllis agreed with me that our $10 is worth spent.

actually i was already on the way to woodlands. by the time i reached there, it was already 9.15 am and my lesson start at 9.15 am. power right? so in the end, i met up with vanessa and we pon school together =) first we went woodland point for mac breakfast. then we proceed to the library just for the internet connection. hahaaha.

after which, we mrt-ed to ps for movie ^^ we watched x-men wolverine. the movie never fail to disappoint me. it's nice! 2 thumbs up! *cheers* ajisen ramen after movie. yummy! i love ajisen's tom yam ramen.

i think today is our first outing together ! there will be more coming up, but not because that we are going to pon school again together >< shall stop myself from skipping school again. as there is seriously a huge jump from year 1 to year 2. when we miss a day of lesson, we will lose out a lot of stuff. =(

vanessa, phyllis, vanessa's bro and I went to amk hub to catch the movie, knowing. i wonder is it a horror movie or a thriller one. there are a few shocking scene. i was shocked by the scream of the gurls sitted beside me. shit !! after the movie, edwin came to meet us. they wanted to go to chomp chomp for dinner with summer and her sister but they do not know the way, therefore i accompany them and gave the directions to vanessa's bro who is driving. after which vanessa' bro send me out to the main road where i took bus 109 home. thanks vanessa's bro ! =)

3rd day of school and we were brought to the lab already. it's lab management module today. lesson started at 10 am too ! great great !! year 3's life ! the problem was very easy! ((((: took a pic with my team members. they are evon, sock hwee and lip min.

2nd day of class only, and it was super stress ! last year we had a total of 3 and 1/2 hours break per day, but now, it was reduced to 2 and 1/2 hours break only. so we have to really rush throughout the whole day. we used to have a lot of extra time which we would always sleep in class or at lao di fang. we also had time to watch movie in class or slack around the school. but now... 1st break is always used up for doing worksheet, then first 1 hour during the 2nd break is for lunch, which the rest for doing PPT. see!!! the schedule is so packed ! we dun even have time to rest and chill beside lunch hour.

was in my new class, W54E for the 2nd day. there are only 2 students (including myself) who are from biomedical science only. the rest are from pharmaceutical sciences. it is a very entu class. people are talking and joking with each other already. some of them even went lunch together.a lot of them also knew each other beforehand. this class is also very scary as well.. 15 mins before the class starts, almost everyone will be in class already. no one will be late at all. this is what i observed during these 2 days.

ben & jerry only gave out free ice cream once per year. so i travelled all the way to raffles city after school to meet eddie, gervas, justin, yee teng, charlene and cheryl for FOC ben & jerry ice cream. below is the ice cream that i'd gotten. we queued 20 mins for this ice cream. ><

i was then told by yee teng that it was justin's birthday today. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUSTIN ! so we went fish & co to celebrate his birthday and eddie's birthday which was 1 week ago together. if i didn't remember wrongly, it was my 2nd time to fish & co only. gervas and I went to get a cake for them while they went to get a seat first. we bought a customise brownie cake. it was delicious!

during the celebration, eddie & justin were asked to stand on their chair. they had to hold a fire cracker in their hands as well. then all the fish & co staffs will stand around our table and give a cheer. followed by a birthday song from the people in the whole restaurant. it was so damn pai seh la. not only that, they had to blow the candle fire off first before they could come down from their seats. i thought they would had a hard time blowing the candles because they are seriously very tall. the taller you are, the harder to blow off the fire because you are further away from the candles. but they completed their mission in seconds.

after the celebration, we were supposed to go kbox but it was too late already and everyone else had to wake up early in the morning the next day so we postponed it to some other days. i then went back with justin as both of us live at hougang. we took 147 home as i had bus concession only. when we reached hougang, he suggested to go punggol park for a stroll so ya... we went. we went there to play swing ^^ didn't spend much time there as i had to rush home to complete my RJ. so he sent me to the interchange and waited for the bus with me. thanks so much, justin! i'm glad that you are very happy today. hope that you are able to go kbox asap. hahaha ! may all ur wishes come true too !

the thought of school reopening again tml make me feel so sian + i will be in a totally new class with no one i know. ahhhh, i want more holiday ! i want to go overseas ! where is my hong kong, my korea, my taiwan !

met up with baby's fren at bugis then we went iluma to watch movie. we went to watch fast & furious 4. the show was not bad. the motion of the car was damn cool ! i think there is another fast & furious 5 coming up, because the story has not ended yet.

it feels so great without having to go work and school =) dun have to wake up as early as 7 am for the whole of this week. school reopening next week, so i had planned to stop work last week and enjoy my whole of this week before school starts. *cheers*

met up with ben after his work around evening. accompanied him to buy ah quan's birthday present. actually ah quan's birthday had just pass, but because he is hosting a party this sat, so ben gonna the present today instead. our first stop was far east plaza, walked around and realised that there are nothing much to buy there, so we proceed by finding show luo's shop. i still remember i tried to find his shops for 2 times, but failed. 1st: with wei siong and friends when we went out to buy jian hui's present. 2nd: with sharleen when we went out window shopping. we went walking around the plaza exploring, and finally we had found the shop. it's located at level 2. i thought it will be quite a big shop with lots of choices inside, but it was the opposite as what i had thought of. the shop was not very big but was quite high class. okay okay~ enough about his shop.

after far east, we went taka to shop. ben settled ah quan's present and his jeans there. the bag that he bought for ah quan was very nice. i was thinking of buying 1 too, but the price shocked me. it's was $89.90. my 2 days pay. arghh.. had our dinner then went around orchard to shop..

1 more week of enjoyment before the school starts on 20 april. dun know whether is it a good thing or bad thing that school is reopening.

HAPPY PUBLIC HOLIDAY !

out with eng chaing as both of us were too bored staying at home! actually wanna catch a movie, but all the timing slot was either too early nor too late.. so we decided to find a place for dinner. everywhere in ps, we can see lots of people queuing for dinner too. so we dropped the thought of eating at ps and walked from ps to some other places searching for a nicer place for dinner. in the end, we settled down at centrepoint's ichiban ! =) in centrepoint, we used nearly 15 mins or so just to find the restaurant. it is located at a very small corner of the shopping centre.

eng chaing recommend me some of the special food which can be found in this restaurant. so we ordered, and when the food come, we were so excited. we started bbq-ing the food. he said that we look more like playing than cooking the food. LOL. our table was full of food ! shiok ! enjoying life man ! thanks for cooking the food for me and helping me peel the prawns ! overall, this meal was total worth it although we used 15 mins to find the place. hahah ! good recommendation !

after dinner, we walked around orchard then went to borders to look at some travel books. i still remember when i was young, ling hui often bring me there to read. we will read and wait for aunty to end work then come and fetch us to dinner. almost forgotten there is such a place till eng chaing brought me there today.

on the way home from amk, i saw justin, an aunty who work in level 5, ah man and bobo. shocking sia, saw so many people within 1/2 hour. the world is really very small !

peixin officially said goodbye to ICA today ! =) the moment i handed over my pass, i was feeling super relax ! because i knew more stuff are coming up, and everyone will be super duper busy. so i am glad that i left the company before that take place =X

last min, we were told that we had OT to do. it was to take out all the files from the cupboards and move it somewhere else. there were seriously many many files. after taking out all the files, we just sat around the place and watched the guys carry them from 1 place to another. we did not helped =X instead we started taking photos with the files as the background.

last day of work was great ! at least i am not working at elobby. hahaha ! and i was able to have lunch with all the temp staff except stella. it is very rare that u will find all of us having lunch together because some of us have to take turns to go for lunch. was happy today !

after work, i went out with yee teng, stella, charlene, gervas & eddie. actually we were suppose to be watching movie, but charlene remembered the timing of the movie wrongly. opps.. in the end, we were not able to make it. its alright, so we took bus to chinatown to pick up gervas's car, then he drove us to marina square for dinner. his car, to be specific, his mum's car is so damn cool ! it's one of the F1 car.. there are even 2 F1 racers' signature on it. gervas said that there are only 16 of these cars in the world, so it's limited edition. cool right !! yee teng was so crazy over the signature because one of it belongs to her favourite racer.

met up with azra & her bf at marina square, then we went MOF for dinner together! the food there was great, especially the dessert =) gervas also told us lots of his ns experiences.

it was great going out with all of u !~ dun miss me at work kaes. hahaha ! we shall meet up again soon

it's weekend once again ! out with eng chiang & qi xian to vivo city. actually we planned to go east coast park for blading, but it was raining, so we changed our mind.

happened to see a fashion show featuring sk jewellery when we reached vivo. so we stopped and watched. there are 15 ang mo models. all of them are of the same height and they all look so similar. =X there are many photographers too. i guess they are from some magazine company. it's my first time seeing this type of fashion show. i thought this type of fashion show can only be found in ballroom or private room. cool !

we slacked around in vivo city and went up to the roof garden to chit chat too. we even discuss abit of our next overseas trip. malaysia or hong kong?? went back home early as they have another event after this. they are meeting jian hui and the rest for movie at jp. since it's still quite early, so i took the bus home instead of train. i have bus concessions, thats y. took 80 then changed over to 147. who knows i took 2 hours to reach home because 147 was down halfway. the exit door was jam. in the end the driver tried to push and kick the door, forcing the door to close. if not it will be very dangerous to leave the door open while driving. and and i saw this guys who looks so familar in bus 147. but i just couldn't remember where i've seen him before. hmmm..

i'm tired! off to bed!

movie with shi ping after work! we bought the 5 pm show at student price, $6. we bought the movie, road to witch mountain. as shi ping's boss suddenly ask him to go to some hotel to deliver cheque, we could not make it on time for the show. in the end, we were 15 mins late.

when i first stepped in, i'm shocked to see the number of people inside. it was seriously very little, not even 1 quarter of the cinema was filled. then i noticed that the people inside are mostly adults - uncles and aunties. we found our seats and sat down. in the middle of the show, i kept telling shi ping that that was a very weird show. they are scolding so much vulgarity and yet it is a PG show, isn't it suppose to be an NC16 show? we continued watching and 1 hour+ later, shi ping commented this to me. "it has been an hour plus, why there is still no climate yet?" at this point of time, we then 100% confirm that we went to the wrong cinema and watched the wrong show. diao diao -.-"

we watched gran torino! i would rate it 2.5/5 popcorn! i would not say it's not nice, it just dun suit my taste. it's like a really old show, with all those old old coutryside music. never going to recommand this movie to any teenagers, and i guess no teenagers will ever be interested in this type of movie.

after movie, we went sushi tei for dinner ! =) it's a nice place to dine in right, shi ping? hahaha ! as usual, i ordered the same ramen ^^ we left the place only when the restaurant was about to close =X

shall go out again next time. i will be seeing u again tml in ICA. hahaha !

sick, so gave work a miss. in the end i went out with sharleen =X always wanted to meet up, but we just could not find the right time. headed over to bugis as i wanted to get a present for sister, hui xian =) in the end i bought 3 shirts, 1 for hui xian, 1 for sharleen and 1 for myself ! i love the shirt ! it's a yellow colour t-shirt ! cool ! we had our favourite pepper lunch for dinner too.

after bugis, it was still early so we decided to head down to habourfront. we wanted to go mount faber as vivo city is quite boring already, nothing much actually. but the way up was too dark for us so we went henderson wave instead. we had never been there before so we explore the place and find the way up ourselves. after much effort, we finally found the place =) it was so nice up there ! the lightening is the best ! it is seriously a very nice place for dating and group gathering ^^ a good place to recommand to everyone !

FIRST DAY (17/2)

finally the day that we were looking forward to have arrived ! dad & mum fetched me to panjang early in the morning for my coach which will be leaving on 6.30 pm. i'm the second to reach =) phyllis was first. we stopped at yong peng for breakfast then continue our journey. reached genting at around 12.30 pm. had to wait till 2 pm for check in, so we went for lunch while waiting. went to a restaurant for lunch. OMG, THE FOOD... somemore it's ex. i will never go back there again! never ever!~

checked into our hotel and rest for awhile. after which they decided to explore genting as a start, so we walked all the way to resort hotel and played at the arcade there. actually there is nothing much which suitable we teenager gurls to play, so we went to played all those kid's games instead. we really enjoyed ourselves.

we had our dinner at the mushroom farm which is down hill, not far from genting. they sell delicious and afforable chinese cuisine. thinking of the food there really makes me drool. after dinner, jian hui and frens went for bowling while the rest of us went shopping. we went to a garden too, from that garden, we were about to see the night view of KL. it's seriously very nice. looking up at the sky, we were able to see lots of stars too. it's definitely more than what we get to see in singapore. had nothing much to do after that, so i introduced them to old town cafe for supper. it's a place where i must go when i'm in genting. i love the tom yam noodle!!

SECOND DAY (18/2)

It's a brand new day! Everyone's waiting for this very day! THEME PARK!!~ the guys took so long to prepare themselves in the morning, so the usual 4 went for our breakfast first. we went marrybrown =) it's another nice place too. i love the porridge although the serving is small.

after breakfast, we went out to theme park to play without waiting for the guys as the guys were seriously too slow =X opps. we took some rides first and soon, the guys came to meet us. we took almost all the rides, except for those kids rides. at the last part of the theme park, we went to play the wet & wild. imagine us getting wet in the open at genting. that's still alright. after wet & wild, we went to take the spinner (umbrella). omg, the wind was so strong. people were screaming but we were shouting "cold cold"! funny ya? genting theme park is so much fun than singapore escape. agree agree?

we went to mushroom garden for dinner again. this time, we ordered alot of food which we could hardly find in singapore. delicious!~ when we get back to genting, we decided to meet up again for pub half and hour later. before that, we had to go back to our hotel room and get ourselves changed because we were all not properly attired. but who knows, when we get back to our rooms, all of us just fell asleep. -.- i slept till around 2 plus then i suddenly woke up and realised that all of us forgotten to go to the pub. since i'm already awake, i decided to wake hao up too =p in the end, we went down for starbucks and left the rest to sleep.

THIRD DAY (19/2)

suppose to wake up early in the morning, but as usual, all of us could not wake up. so in the end we took the 11.30 am bus to KL. we stopped at titiwangsa station and found our own way by monorail to times square and sungei wang. we often see an indoor theme park being filmed in malaysia cum singapore shows right. this theme park is located inside times square. it is the asia largest indoor theme park.

spent a few hours shopping around times square solely. times square is seriously very very big. we gurls brought a lot of stuff. all the things are so cheap there. our hands are full of plastic bags.

it was late already, so we have to rush back to titiwangsa station and catch our bus back to genting. the last bus was around 8.45 pm.

we had our dinner back in genting. we had kenny roger ! it was a very full meal. after kenny roger, we went to old town cafe to slack then went for movie. the movie that we watched was kung fu chef. it was released on 19/2 and in malaysia only. however, the movie will be releasing in singapore on 26/2. adding on to it, the movie ticket is also very cheap there. when u convert back to sing dollars, it is roughly only $5 or less. CHEAP~

FOURTH DAY(20/2)

was planning to wake up early because we wanted to catch the early bus, but in the end we were later than yst -.- had pizza hut for breakfast cum lunch in genting first before we set off to KL. first, we took monorail to sungei wang to shop as we do not have enough time to shop yst. met up with ben and wen jie there for awhile only. thanks wen jie for making the trip down and give me that belated present only =) then we took monorail to tang ren jie. tang ren jie is something like bugis street. they sell lots of cheap but fake stuff. all of us bought a lot of things from there. all of us bought at least 1 perfume for ourselves at the price from RM15 - RM20. after tang ren jie, we went back to titiwangsa station and took our bus back to genting.

had kenny roger again for dinner. not only that, we even went to old town cafe once again. all of us ordered lots of food to eat again. we just kept eating and eating. really enjoying life ya?

was planning to ton the whole night since it's the last night of the trip. so we went to a garden to slack and look at the night view. from that garden we were able to see the night views of KL. so pretty ! there are also many stars in the sky. more than what we see in singapore. back in our rooms, they played 5 -10 -15 -20. nice game. after the game, everyone was so tired that we just fell asleep.

since it's a very short day and we had limited time, we went for last min FOC breakfast buffet without ying jie & gary when we woke up. both of them wanna rest in the room. after which, did some last min shopping in genting and then HOME SWEET HOME !

ended work at 4.30 pm ^^ chatted with yip and jason while waiting for time to pass. bus-ed to parkway parade to meet gary and friends before heading down to east coast park for phyllis's birthday bbq together. they started talking about the genting and kl trip once again. the illness is still there. =X left the place at 10+ as they dun wish to miss the last bus home. they took the free shuttle bus to parkway parade, while i waited for my uncle to fetch me. in the end, i reached home at 11.45 pm because uncle went to the wrong location =(

in-charge said one of us have to be at the e-lobby at 8 am in the morning, so me and my friend have to take turn to start work at 8 am. since is that, i shall start the ball rolling. i had officially start work at 8 am today! although it's very early, but i am able to end work early as well. i will be ending work at 4.30 pm if i start work at 8 am. if i start work at 8.30 am, then i will end work at 5 pm.

it's tuesday! so i met up with baby after work =) bus-ed to vivo city for movie and my favourite SUSHI TEI! yummmmmmyyyy!~

we watched UNDERWORLD ! a M18 movie! actually i wanna watched other movie but baby insisted to watch this movie. =( however it turns out to be a nice movie! it contains alot of thrillers and actions. and now i finally understand what types of show are rated M18. what are the difference between PG, NC16 and M18 movies.

after movie, we went to the roof garden. saw so many couples around even though it's a weekday. baby said maybe because it is near to valentine day therefore everyone are taking out more time to accompany their loves one. then baby, where's mine? HAHAHA =X

it was the second day downstairs at the e-lobby. didn't really like the job at e-lobby. have to stand the whole day, have to try to reduce the queue if there is, have to look at customers' face. really have the urge to quit just now. but nvm... i will try out till the end of this month. if i still dislike my job at the end of this month, then i will quit it.

peixin is a cheerful gurl, so she will always try to make herself feel happy again whenever she is feeling down. and she did this time too. after listening to some music and chatting with baby on the phone, she feel much better le.

met up with shi hui, edmund and vincent for movie after work. xiaoli was supposed to join us as well, but i couldn't contact her. so we just went without her. this is the first time the 4 of us come out and watched movie together. we watched ALL'S WELL END'S WELL 2009. it is really a very funny show. had been laughing throughout the whole movie.

wasn't manage to take any group photo because vincent ran off so fast after the movie. in the end, me, shi hui and edmund sat down at the central stage to chit. we seldom have this chance to sit and chat together because edmund always put us airplane and did not come for our outing. chat and realised so much thing which i do not know from edmund. *shall not elaborate much.

it was the 3rd day of chinese new year! didn't go to any one house for cny visit. instead, my family and I went to temples. temples were flooded with lots of people. after temple visit, i went to meet xiaoli for movie. we watched THE WEDDING GAME! it was a very funny show. not bad! =D

oh ya, i'm gonna go for work at ica building tml onwards. the in-charge just gave me a call this morning and asked me to report work tml. great! great! i dun have to rot at home for this holiday. i'm able to earn my own money once again ^^

didn't went out to 拜年 even though it is the first day of chinese new year. instead, i stayed at home and waited for everyone to come over to my house. ah ma is staying at my house, so everyone have to come to my house. my house was crowded starting from afternoon till just now. mum cooked lots of food. there was even chilli crab ^^ yummmmmyyyy!

met up with cousins for movie at night at j8! we watched...

yes, it's inkheart! it's the first time i watched movie with my cousins. thought that it will be a very very nice show but in the end, it turn out to be alright only. still find red cliff de best. this whole story is so predictable. from the start to the end, it is just toking about the book.

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL! LAST DAY OF YEAR 1! so coincidence that these two events fall on the same day. my year 1 life ended off with my favourite lesson. ENTERPRISE is the BEST! seriously, i had learnt alot alot of things through enterprise module!

last day of school was damn damn damn slack! did a class PDT and the RJ question was given to us after that. i can say that our break time was from 9.15 am all the way till 2.30 pm. =X

either many were late or they did not come at all for the lesson. R.P.A were late for lesson too. i thought they went for mac's breakfast again. but this time it was different. they surprised me with a birthday celebration. they went to collect my cake before coming to class. THANKS ALOT R.P.A =D

in the first place, i thought no one will be helping me to celebrate my birthday today because it's the last day of school and it's near to new year. everyone will be busy with their own stuff and have no time for me. but R.P.A and W26K really surprised me! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

when they carried the cake into the class, i was playing left 4 dead at that moment. the whole class then started to sing birthday song. was shocked that the whole class knew about "the surprise celebration". hafiz also solo the birthday song through his guitar. although there were some errors, but it's alright! it's the thought that counts! i appreciated it a lot! while i was eating the cake halfway, vanessa suddenly stretched her hands to my face. the first reaction i gave was to move away. then i realised that she was trying to put the left over whip cream from the cake onto my face. so we started to act like small kids. i ran around the room trying to avoid her and she gave chase. in the end she still manage to did it. it's the first time i was "spread" with cream for my birthday.

R.P.A crowded around a table and waited for each of our turns. he teached us how to clear all the junks in our lappy and made it runs faster. he also helped me solve my long time problems - 1) when i pluck in my earpiece into my lappy, no sound is produced from my earpieces. instead, it played through my speakers. 2) i could not use my webcam to take photos nor having video calls. he helped me solve this problems before leaving the class. met up with hui xian after school =) it's been a long time since we last went out together. mrt-ed to jurong point. saw the new extention. it is seriously very big. we were lost while finding our way back to a restaurant =X pamela came and meet us not long after that. but sad thing was that, hui xian was going off. she had to go for work. it's alright gurl, we can still meet up another day =D

at the end of the shopping, nic gotten himself a necklace, a shawl and black tie. yi xin gotten herself a shawl. i had gotten myself a white tube and a shawl. mine was red in colour =) i think it's the same colour as what baby bought that day. *not on purpose* =X

i was complaining that i have not taken any photos with sharleen before, or maybe taken once only. as she does not really like to take photos. therefore i was suggesting to take a group photo instead. this way if she wants to turn down the offer, she will be very pai seh. smart of me ya^^ and so i will be able to have a photo of her. =p

lesson was totally different as compared to the rest of the past lessons. the problem statement requires us to design a game for a group of family. and we have to play the games design by other teams. there are a total of 3 teams today. Play play play and that’s what we are doing for the whole 3rd meeting. The games are very fun and interactive. I enjoyed myself a lot. Lesson ended very early today. I am suppose to go straight home after school but in the end I slacked in class till around 4 plus then I leave school. Bus-ed 161 home, bathe, get changed and out I went again. 6.30 pm appointment with ss gang today at chomp chomp.

vincent reached first, then followed by shi hui then me and hao. =) we went to find seats first because the darker the sky, the harder it is to find seats there. LOL! something funny happened when we are in the process of finding seats. first we found a table with 4 seats at the corner. then we feel that the table is too dirty, so we changed to the table in front. sat there for awhile then we feel that the couple beside our table will not leave that fast, so we decided to change to another table in front. who knows that the whole table only have 6 seats, so we went back to our orginal seats again. after which we saw empty tables at the other side so we decided to hop over to that table and we saw 7 seats available only, somemore the fan is facing us directly, our hairs are flying all over as well. so we started to keep a look out for another empty table. spotted it and hop over once again. 为了吃一餐，不知道换了几个桌子了呢。hahaha ! that's our final decision and we settle there.

after awhile, li qing, kelvin and xiaoli came. first hao and vincent went to order the food. but it turn out to be too little, so me, xiaoli and shi hui went for the second round. we went to order more more food! ^^

eat eat eat, and when i went to the toilet, they prepared a surprise for me. they actually gotten a cake. the cake was placed under my table all the while, yet i didn't know at all =X the cake was bought by baby. i didn't even know when he went to buy the cake. somemore, the cake was my favourite fruit cake =) thanks baby!~

enterprise lesson today ! lesson was super duper slack. you cann't blame us because the faci was also in his holiday mood as well. wakakaka. lesson ended early just like the last few modules too. did all the homeworks in class once again. which means that there will be NO homework for me again !

had a crab feast with hao and xiaoli right after school ^^ i think it had been almost 2 weeks since i last met up with xiaoli. all of us are busy with our own stuff.

i reached home at 10.45 pm. i rested awhile at home and went out again. i went downstairs to meet ben for awhile. he said he had something to show me.

i was shocked that the thing he wanted to show me was a pair of everlast shoes. even shocking thing was that the shoes fit me perfectly. OMG ! he know my shoes size without me telling him anything=X is it coincidence? anyway, thanks alot !

it's the best day ever in RP. lesson ended at 1.30 pm today ! no pdt, no ws, no ppt, no evaluation, no quiz. we even had a early first break. all we just have to do in school for today is to watch a sesame street documentary and complete our RJ based on the video. everything is done in class, so there is NO homework.

today is richment's birthday and we decided to celebrate it at chomp chomp. the celebration is starting at 6.30 pm. as i still have time before that, i went woodlands party world with clique. sing sang sung and then left for chomp chomp to find families.

computering and mathematics UT today. was a few mins late because of bus 72. it is that packed that either the bus uncle didn't want to stop or i couldn't get up the bus. it happens almost every single day. therefore i am smart now to take 161 to school. =) i dun have to leave home early and i will still reached school at the same timing. addition to it, i can also save lots of concession money. great choice made !

lesson was super duper boring this few days. everyone are already in their holiday mood. not everyone are present in class too. the most there are only 4 groups each day. it's communication module today. although communication UTs were over, faci is still so law by law. SIAN !

lesson ended at around 4 pm. slack in school and watch some video before i headed down to amk to meet kelvin. (nan de he asked me out siax, he is a busy man ! wahahaha)chatted with him for awhile at s11 then came along ah boy and ah chong. (all busy man as well) ah chong and ah boy went home at around 8.30 pm. so me and kelvin went over to kbox after that as he wanted to find his friend. sing sang sung then kelvin send me home by cab at 11 pm.

my laptop was unable to log in to the window so i did my science UT in the secondary school way, on paper. how was UT today? hmm.. i find it quite easy. all on calculations, lucky i was manage to borrow calculator from my brother this morning.

communication module today. the faci was damn damn biased ! rarrr ! shall not elaborate about it. was not in the mood to study these days, i think it is because i am still in my holiday mood ! *whoo ! but who cares, 2+ more weeks to the LONG LONG holiday ! and the last day of the semester falls on my birthday *cheers*

on the way to causeway point with gary, nic and yi xin, jasmine suddenly called me asking me to accompany her to wait for edwin at causeway point. since i'm also on the way there, so i've decided to meet her for awhile before gary, nic and me headed off to hougang mall. we went to red man shop to get some ingredients as we planned to make chocolate corn flakes and chocolates at my house.

started making the chocolates and chocolate corn flakes at 8.30 pm. we tried choco crunch chocolate, almond chocolate and orginal chocolate. completed everything at 10pm. below are some photos of our "products" =p

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL after 3 weeks of holidays !

it's computering and mathematics today ! my favourite module ^^ a great start for the week.

not many people in my class have any changes during the holidays. most of them are still the same, while some just dye and cut their hair. i thought that very little people will be in class but it's totally opposite. many people are present. i think only less than 5 people are absent.

today lesson was easy =) just that it had many many calculations to do. and all the formula and calculations are similar to what we did in secondary school. quadratic equation, graph,
substitution method, etc.

was the first group to present in the 3rd meeting, so was damn damn boring after that. math's 3rd meeting is always the most boring period because 1st, there is nothing much to present. 2nd, every group is presenting the same thingy. this is why it is so.

didn't go for work today, instead i went out with ben. headed down to bugis first to shop. was surprise to see leen and buddy? at bugis junction. after shopping for a few hours, we didn't manage to get anything at all. so we changed our destination to cineleisure as we decided to catch a movie instead.

my first movie of the year ! IP MAN ! i thought that it is a very boring movie, but in the end it turned out to be a very interesting and worth it movie. this is the second time that ben is watching this movie.

after movie, it was already 8+ pm. we have nothing to do and no idea where to go, so we decided just to walk from cineleisure to ps.

sat down outside ps and started chatting till 10pm. mrt-ed home after that and reached home at 11 pm.

school is reopening tml =) study for another 3 more weeks and it's the end of year 1.

woke up early in the morning as i promised my aunty to help her with her business. the business is at tw today. worked from around 8 am to 2.30 pm. and waited for uncle till 4 pm to fetch us. in the end i reached home at 5 pm. was damn damn tired. but i could not take a nap. time is running out as i will be going to another uncle's house for new year party. have to reached his house at around 6.30 pm. so after bathing and rest for awhile, i went out again.

had buffet at uncle's house. there are a few new faces seen. cousins' girlfren aka their future wife. hahaha ! went shopping for awhile with aunty belinda at junction 8 which is opposite the house. bought a eye liner from BHG which is having 30% off =)

today was a tiring but happy day. =) next meet up will be on chinese new year ^^

HAPPY BIRTHDAY YAN HENG & AH YI!

cann't believe today is the last day of 2008 ! after today, no more 2008 anymore. instead it will be a brand new year, 2009 ! time flew ! and this will be my last post before 2009 arrive. let's winded back and see what are the things that had happened in my life this year.

- i am officially a poly student starting from april. wahahaha

was posted to a lovely class W24A for my first term.

was messaging with ben last night.. he was at chomp chomp when we message. below is our conversation

ben: 真的吗？

me: 恩，真的。

ben: 我到你家了。

ben: 我打包了很多东西啊=）

yup yup, that is what he did last night. he really did da bao a lot of food for me. actually i was just joking with him, but didn't know that he really believe me and deliver the food to me all the way here. damn pai seh ! but thanks anyway !

out to bugis and marina square with hao ! shopped around and finally i bought my cny clothes ! had sakae buffet for dinner as hao had not eaten sakae before. =X ordered lots of food just for the 2 of us. in the end, we were bloated when we left the place.

headed to marina square after that. brought hao to the royal sporting shop which i often go when we reached there. and he bought a le coq sportif's sling bag from that shop. continue shopping and finally, i bought a top from zara ! =)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LI QIN & LINDA !

such a coincidence, linda and li qin's birthday fall on the same day. and if i not wrong, both of them are of the same age 0.0 thinking of what type of surprises and gifts should i give both of them since saturday. finally settle down with this...

they have a family themselves, and an adult themselves. therefore they don't really have anything that they are really shortage of. for example, bags, wallets, etc. so so, we decided to buy flowers and cakes for them each will do.

linda's, li qin's, fu qi's

met up with hao early in the morning to grab their birthday presents. first, we went to ave 8's florist to get the flowers but the shop was closed =( no choice so we bus-ed to hougang mall to get the flowers. bought one for them each, fu qi, linda and li qin. fu qi was a belated present. ^^ then we grabbed 2 hello kitty's cakes from polar for linda and li qin each only as fu qi's birthday was over already. bus-ed back to ave 8 to meet ben while hao went back home to change for work. saw yong heng and his frens on the bus. so qiao. met up with hao and heng at the bus stop 10 mins later and we went back to sheng siong together. handed the flower to li qin first, can see the shocked expression on her face. she didn't expect me to go back there. hahaha ! second to fu qi then to linda. they were both shocked as well.

sang birthday song, ate cake and all went back to work. as for me, of course back home. saw ah lee at sheng siong on the way back, and he said that he wanted to hire me to promote his products. COOL ! i'm finally going to have a job soon once again =)

celebrated ah yi's birthday in advance at 2 places today. first was a restaurant at suntec. there was a total of 7 of us. we had lunch buffet over there. the food and service there = *thumbs down* not going there for meals anymore.

after which we went to raffles city's robinson to shop. wanted to buy a pair of shoes but could not find the one that i like. instead, mum bought dad and brothers' cny clothes. went out of robinson with 2 big plastic bags.

second place that we celebrated ah yi's birthday was at marina square's swensen. a few of them had some swensen vouchers, therefore they ordered 4 ice creams for free. one of the ice creams includes the firehouse happy birthday. so we took the ice cream as her cake ^^

rushing off to royal sporting house next as mum wanted to buy bro's school shoes. while mum was looking around for his school shoes, the rest of us went around the shop too. i tried on a few clothes but didn't buy any of them as i find them...

ta da ! this is what i had bought ! le coq sportif's jacket ! i like the colour combination of this jacket especially the pink rooster. LOL. in the end, leaving the shop with another carrier which include my jacket, dad's top and bro's shoes. headed home after that as it was quite late already and all the shops were closed.

and oh ya, happened to saw this christmas tree located at suntec city. this christmas tree is made up of all types of soft toys. these soft toys were donated by the public to an organization. creative idea !

yawnnnn.. it's 4.30 pm right now and i had just woke up. reached home at 4 am this morning as i went countdown with hao and xiaoli at orchard last night. there is only one phrase to describe the place, "mountain people mountain sea". happened to see 2 groups of people while walking round orchard. first is ah lun and frens outside taka. didn't see them till ah lun shouted out for xiaoli. when they saw each other, they started to spray party spray at each other. second is ah heng and frens outside lucky plaza. they spotted hao first and they...

this is what they did to hao. poor thing. 3 to 4 people attacking on him. and i was laughing at a corner. he looks like santa. LOL ! red and white shirt + white "face mask". this picture was taken after some of the foam was being cleaned off. u imgaine the whole face covered with foam. OPPS ! i'm so bad.

xiaoli went back home after that while the rest of us (hao's frens and both of us) went bugis for supper. there are a total of nearly 20 of us. chatted for around 1 hour and everyone of them started to go back home. leaving me and hao only. therefore we decided to walk from bugis to city hall. saw bing long and frens on our way. finally we settled down by the road side and started chatting. long time since we last chatted face to face for hours. cab-ed back home as it is a timing whereby we could not find a single bus left on the road.

next week will be another countdown coming up. how will that countdown be? hmmmm... 2009 is drawing near !

just came back from kai xin's house. empty handed there, came back with 2 big bags of stuff. 1 bag full of cupcakes/muffins that we had baked, the other bag was the ss file that i had lent her in the mid of the year. hope the ss file helps !

back to the main focus of the day. the cupcakes/muffins was successful ! we did icing as well and it was the biggest achievement. the award of achievement is awarded to our MISS KAI XIN ! she was the one who did the icing alone.

met up with kai xin and hui min at compass point around 2 pm. before that i went back to sheng siong to get some ingredients. walked to kai xin's house which is near compass point and start preparing =)

out with jasmine and edwin to orchard. went to hereen first as they want to look for a crampler bag, but in the end could not find the one that jasmine want because it is long out of stock already. therefore we decided to go to the crampler shop which is located at paragoon. we could not find it as well. however there are more choices at paragoon as compared to hereen. so jasmine choosen a purple-yellow bag that she like and edwin bought it for her ^^ i want a crampler bag also. NO LA. jking ! i already had one given by ah boy early this year =) THANKS SO MUCH !

i was hungry after jasmine bought her bag, so we settled at taka food court for my lunch. i was the only one having main course while jasmine and edwin bought some finger food to eat. oh ya, THANKS for the drink ! shopped around for christmas presents then off to vivo city.

there are seriously a lot a lot of people shopping around despite the recession period. i'm one of them as well. =X bought a belt from freshbox then continued shopping again. time for dinner~ had our dinner at sushi tei ! my favourite place to dine in at vivo city ^^ this time round, i did not eat my favourite ramen. as told by edwin and jasmine, i should try new things. therefore they ordered golden roll, paper hot pot, bbq fish and ebi don.

surprisingly, the ingredients in the paper hot pot was able to be cooked solely by the "candle like fire". we even had desserts after our meal too. we ordered choco waffle, strawberry ice-cream and fish like waffle. yummy yummy ! the whole meal costs edwin $60+ and he treat us. so pai seh ! but i still want to THANKS him!

after dinner, we went to the roof garden for some night view. the big big christmas tree is so nice ! ^^ it's also very windy up there. one of my favourite place to go is always the roof garden at vivo city ((:

it's mummy's birthday today ! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUMMY ! didn't really celebrate it in any special way. just had a mini party at home. the cake was not bought by me this time round. instead, it was carol jie jie whom bought the cake from swensen.

addition to it, today is also vincent birthday ! HAPPY BIRTHDAY VINCENT ! hope you enjoyed yesterday's surprise and celebration.

first day of school for the week. its communication today ! communication is a module which is very fun however the faci is abit.. okay~ overall, the lesson today was alright. took class photos outside the class as everyone was present. this happens only once in a blue moon. =p

saw a notice in the lift regarding the 'talent quest'. it's a singing and dancing competition. gary and nic had decided to join the singing competition. they are joining as a team named "N.G. Ouch". any idea y is it "N.G.Ouch"? 'N' stands for Nicholas, 'G' stands for Gary. As for 'Ouch', they found this inspiration from a video clip that was shown to them by yi xin. i didn't watched the video but heard from them that it was a very cute video. in order to prepare for the upcoming competition, they went over to another empty classroom for training. i stayed in the class to watch my show. ^^ never did i realised that there is also another band in the class. the band members are syurki, hafiz and daryl. syurki is the main singer, hafiz played the guitar, daryl the beatboxer. *thumb up* for this band. the combination of them 3 is really great. they even did a recording and and i have the recording =x oppps.

just ended class and ah peng called jio-ing me to pool ^^ we asked tian long along as well. met up with them for dinner first then to hougang plaza for pool. sorry for letting you all wait so long. seriously, i think my pool skills are dis-proving as days pass. nvm, will improve once again =)

public holiday today ! whooo ! out to town with yi xin and gary. suppose to go shopping with them but in the end i reached late, therefore we only have enough time to go for movie. met them at far east and was shocked to see benny and his friend tagging along with yi xin and gary. i thought it was gary they all who asked benny out as well, never did i know that they actually peng qiao saw each other at far east. such a small world !

caught quarantine at 7.05 pm. wasn't in the mood to watch this movie in the first place because i don't really watch this type of show. but in the end, i still went to watch it. was very draggy in the beginning but quite exciting at the end. thought that it was a horror movie but it was not. it's a very disgusting movie. and it's my first NC 16 show. =X

had pastamania for dinner. and i was shocked to see kai xin working there. she thought i purposely got there to surprise her. haha ! waited for her to fang gong, then accompany her to toilet and change. thanks for the 30%. =) dun forget our date orh ^^

today is papa's birthday. and 2 weeks later is mummy's birthday. didn't buy anything for papa except for a cake. i am sure papa will be very happy even though it is just a cake. because the cake was a surprise to him. he didn't know that i bought a cake for him. he thought that i went home empty handed. haha ! aunty and uncle they all came to our house and we had steamboat together. 11 people sitting around the same table eating together ! cool !

car-ed to chinatown with family as mum's friend have to go to a tour agency to pay their trip fee. it took them almost 3 hours to complete the whole paper work. dad and brothers left home halfway leaving me, my mum and her friends. we then went to chinatown point's mac to chill. sat there chit chat and when i look at my watch. it was already 7.30 pm. whooo. so my mum, one aunty and me went off first as we were very tired already. the rest of them went to the shopping centre nearby to shop.

this is how i spend my saturday out there.
